Our team is happy to guide you through how the plan works and help you understand your benefits—so you can feel confident and cared for every step of the way.

• You must not have access to dental insurance (through employer benefits, pension plan, or private plan) to be eligible.
   
• You (and your spouse/common-law partner if applicable) must have filed your Canadian tax return for the previous year, so your family income can be assessed.
   
• Your adjusted family net income must be less than $90,000.
   
• You must be a Canadian resident for tax purposes.
